Regards, Jose No, it is beause HRM-Run is not a standaloine device and was not designed to be connected to the app directly. It was designed as a sensor accessory for other Garmin devices. Only the HRM-PRO is a standalone device and has the capability to be added to Garmin Connect directly without the use of a master device. Pair the HRM-Pro™ accessory with your Garmin device again, according to the instructions. Make sure you are paired using ANT‍+ ®, rather than Bluetooth ®. If the running dynamics data display shows only zeros, make sure the accessory is worn right-side up. I stopped using the HRM Pro for anything "indoor" and use the Polar H10 (ANT+, BLE & Old Analogue support) IMHO - the HRM Pro is not super for me - the plastic chafe "protection" under the clip - will on long runs cut into my skin. For me it is Polar H10 all the way - and Garmin Run pod if I want Running dynamics. The HRM-PRO was announced about 1.5 years ago, and is Garmin’s top-end chest strap. No -- you'll need to either buy an ANT+ dongle, or buy a BT-capable HRM. I have experience with both the Polar H10 and Garmin HRM-Pro -- both are great, and the Polar can usually be had for <$80. Ensure your Heart Rate Monitor is on for the Peloton to discover the device. If the Heart Rate Monitor is not displaying on the list, tap the refresh button in the top right of the “Set Up Heart Rate Monitor” screen. 4. After connecting to the Heart Rate Monitor, join any class to see the metrics for your heart rate in the top left However, when not in an active workout, if I take the watch off (but keep the strap on and connected) the HR data field shows no data as if it is not connected. I look at the connect app and the same there, no live data, no steps etc. The hr sensors on the watch are still emitting light so it appears that there is an issue. The strap is not what connects the HRM to your 910XT or your Edge 800, the strap simply "connects" your HRM to your body so that the HRM can detect your heart rate.
